Gay Gaddis is Founder, President and CEO of T3, an advertising agency with offices in Austin and New York with a very unique work environment. About 10 years ago, Gay decided to allow infants to come to work with mothers in an effort to keep several key employees on board who were pregnant. The unusual effort paid off for the company and soon a formal policy was in place. Here Gay talks about the benefits of a non-traditional workplace that allows employees to incorporate family into a career and how it has helped her become a "best place to work" in the Austin area.
